Through the years, television has made a giant leap – from analogue tube TVs to flat-screen TVs to Smart TVs. And with the coming of the groundbreaking 3D imaging, the tech world and TV lovers are caught in an exciting hype!

Aside from 3D imaging though, there’s a lot more to obsess over when it comes to 3D TVs. Here are 5 impeccable special aspects about 3D powered TVs that will make you want to buy one for your living room!

  1. Exceptional picture quality

With 3D TVs, your TV viewing experience will never be the same. Even if your AV room is already generously equipped with a first-rate high-definition TV set, you are limited to flat (height and width) motion pictures as they are displayed onscreen. Watching movies and TV programs on a 3D TV improves your experience by adding texture and depth precision to the image quality.

  1. Integrated Smart TV specs

3D TVs are inherently Smart TVs. This means that along with 3D imaging capabilities, 3D TVs also pack high-tech Smart TV features. It enables you to make TV viewing “social” by connecting to social networks, play video games, even download a number of apps.

  1. Interactive 3D Gaming

3D TVs are not only good for watching TV content like movies and shows, it also supports gaming in 3D! With 3D imaging, you can now play your favourite games and feel like you’re actually in the midst of your game’s visual world. While not all games are 3D enabled, leading gaming consoles support 3D gaming.

  1. Blu-ray 3D compatible

If you have a Blu-ray 3D player, you will be able to enjoy watching your favourite movies in a revolutionary way. Having a 3d player will enrich your 3d experience by pushing the limits of 3d viewing.

  1. 3D viewing without the 3D glasses

Contrary to popular belief, you actually don’t need to use 3d enabled glasses to view content in 3d depending on the kind of technology your 3D TV uses. With TVs that make use of stereostopic technology, you can bid a happy farewell to your 3D glasses. Stereostopic technology utilize ventricular sheets to create 3D pictures, thus enabling you to watch 3D content without the need for 3D glasses.
