Glaiza de Castro’s Dreams Never End

Glaiza De Castro's Dreams Never End Concert

GLAIZA DE CASTRO finally spreads her wings as a singer-composer in her highly-successful first major solo concert, DREAMS NEVER END, last October 3, 2015. Tickets were sold out early September and full seating capacity was filled in Music Museum, wherein TCL Philippines is one of the major sponsors of the event. The sought-after concert will air November 2015 on GMA-7, the Kapuso Network.

One of the most respected actresses of her generation, Glaiza finally got a chance to share her journey in making her third album, “Synthesis” through the concert, a multi-media experience that proved how music has been a big inspiration that pushed her to pursue her dreams.

Glaiza gave us a glimpse of her artistry during her heartfelt renditions of songs from her sold-out album like “Waiting Shed”, “Barcelona”, “Memo” and the hit “ Dusk ‘Til Dawn”. The songs were introduced via videos that expressed Glaiza’s sentiments as singer and narrated how some of the songs were created.

Glaiza was humbled and proud at the same time to share the stage with the music industry’s best and iconic figures including 90’s female rock icon Kitchie Nadal, Asia’s Golden Voice Cooky Chua, and the one and only Asia’s Songbird, Ms. Regine Velasquez-Alcasid.

In one of her spiels, Glaiza revealed that it has been her dream to perform live with these musical women who have inspired her to write and perform original Pinoy music.

Aside from her musical idols, Glaiza also invited friends to perform pop-rock songs with her including Kapuso leading lady Rhian Ramos, director Quark Henares, Indie actor Ketchup Eusebio, Kapuso leading man Gabby Eigenmann and the King of R&B, Jay-R.

Other guests include: Synthesis band, The Opera, violinist Kaleb Veloso who all worked with set designer Paul Infante, lights designer Marlon Abenio, Musical Director Marc Lopez and concert director Rico Gutierrez to make DREAMS NEVER END a big success.
